Are you finding it hard to continue practice at home?
Sustaining practice by yourself can be challenging which is why we offer a group space to practice together. This space is to support your ongoing practice, and to remind ourselves what matters to us and to continue to practice learning and healing together.
Center Together is a weekly drop-in practice space for folks wanting to integrate somatic practice into their daily lives.
We start each session with foundational practices and then move into an additional practice or topic with more depth for the rest of our time together. This methodology holds that through regular practice we can experience transformative shifts in our bodies and lives as lasting change.

Dates: Every Tuesday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, weekly
First Tuesdays of the month we will meet for Foundations: a FREE 90-min practice group from 6:00 - 7:30pm
*NOTE: We will NOT meet on Dec 22 or Dec 29, 2026
Location: Friends Meeting House at 206 S Oak St., Traverse City
Practice will be hosted by one facilitator, either Lucy Waechter Webb of Firelight Embodiment or Tess Waechter Smith of Rivers Edge Somatics.

Buy a punch card or drop-in session below
You can schedule ahead and let us know you’re coming (and save it to your calendar) OR just show up at any of the weekly hour-long practice sessions to use your punch card or drop in
If you forgot to pay ahead of time - there will be a purchase option available at the door — come and get into practice.
Prerequisite:
You’ve attended one of the following:
Foundations - a 90-min free practice group offered monthly
Received 1:1 coaching from Lucy, Tess or another practitioner in the Strozzi or generative somatics lineage
Participated in one of our workshops or groups (Turning the the Body, Embodying Change, Big Feelings, Wielding the Wisdom of the Body)
