My rate for somatic coaching is $90/session.

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots for those who experience barriers to employment / financial resources.

** If you are able and willing to pay, I accept payment up to $120/session. The excess will directly support my ability to offer sessions at a lower rate for those experiencing financial barriers.

Somatic sessions are 1 hour long.

For new clients, I ask for an initial commitment of a minimim of 10 sessions.

Somatics invites you into a path of practice and especially if you are new to this modality it can take time to build skills and feel the impact of the practice in your body and life.  

I offer in-person 1:1 somatic coaching, groups and workshops in Traverse City, MI. I also offer 1:1 and group coaching sessions remotely via Zoom.
